Plan on roughly 10 to 14 months from first conversation to keys: design, planning, and permitting typically take 2 to 4 months, and construction itself 6 to 10 months depending on size and complexity. Before founding Pythagore, our team led commercial construction in healthcare, including hospitals, nursing homes, dental and medical clinics, institutional buildings, and projects for the Department of National Defence. Today we take on clinic renovations and fit-outs, multi-unit residential, and construction management for owners who need one accountable team. We are currently renovating a dental clinic in the region.

Efficiency Nova Scotia’s EnergyForward program offers up to $25,000. PEI offers $2,000 to $5,000 for ENERGY STAR and R-2000 homes.
