Pythagore Construction is led by Adam Jeradi, a Civil Engineer (B.Eng) and PMP-certified project manager who spent over a decade leading complex commercial construction: hospitals, nursing homes, clinics, institutional buildings, and energy-efficiency projects for the Canadian Armed Forces. He founded Pythagore on a conviction formed on those job sites: homes deserve the same engineering discipline as hospitals, and most never get it.
Pythagore is family-owned in the fullest sense. Adam and his wife Natasha are raising three boys and a girl in southeast New Brunswick, along with one opinionated cat and a very patient dog. That shapes how the company builds: homes designed for real family life, for durability, and for the decades ahead.
Before Pythagore, Adam spent more than a decade leading commercial construction where failure was not an option: hospitals, nursing homes, dental and medical clinics, institutional buildings, and energy-efficiency projects for the Department of National Defence. In that world, every detail is engineered, inspected, and documented, because people depend on it.
Then he watched how most houses get built. Residential construction in Canada is largely built to the minimum the building code allows. The code is a legal floor, not a mark of quality, and treating it as a finish line is why so many new homes disappoint their owners within a decade.
Pythagore exists to close that gap. We plan and build homes with the same discipline as a healthcare project: engineered structure, verified trades, documented decisions, and a schedule that is managed, not hoped for. And because that discipline scales, we continue to take on commercial work: dental and medical clinic renovations and fit-outs, multi-unit residential, and construction project management for owners who want their build run properly.
